Our Brett Pale Ale is a labour of love for the Watts River family. Slowly fermented with both a primary yeast as well as the ‘wild’ Brettanomyces over an extended period of time, this beer is constantly evolving and developing, both in the brewery as well as in the final bottle. Because of the tenacity of the Brettanomyces cultures our Brett Pale Ale remains a ‘live’ product throughout and will continue to develop and become more complex over time.

This also mean it is somewhat unpredictable, but that’s just one of the things we love about Brett.
