It’s cold in Healesville… so to help keep us all cozy while the end of winter seemingly drags ever onward, we’ve brewed a big, bold 8.8% abv Imperial Stout as our latest single batch release.
It’s completely rich, round and satisfying with dark roast, coffee and cocoa nib characters laying alongside a silky smooth mouth-feel which, as always, is followed up by our customary dry finish.
Like a big, warming hug from a wild mountain animal, who has just had 3 double espressos…
