Brewed with family grown barley and pineapple sage, this dry farmhouse ale received a healthy dose of pineapple as it was moved into Yarra Valley ex-pinot noir barrels where it was left to condition for over nine months with a blend of Brettanomyces.
Pale, dry, elegant, wild, fruity, refreshing.
Will develop with age.
