Kegs For Hire

Did you know you can hire a keg to enjoy at home?

A keg of beer is more economical, more environmentally friendly and even more fresh and delicious!

We’ve got 20 Litre and 50 Litre kegs you can hire for home or an event. Hiring a keg means you’ll receive the beer you love at a great price and in a format which is much better for the planet.

Here’s how it works:

1. Select your Keg

Our core range of beers are nearly always available in keg along with one or two of our special batch beers.

However, there are busy times when we won’t have all our beers available.

If you do hire a keg with us, put in an order in advance of the next time you think you’ll need a refill so we can guarantee supply. Or if you can, order a few weeks in advance of when you’ll need your keg of Watts River beer.

2. Organise your keg system

If you’ve got a Kegerator, a Watts River Brewing 20L or 50 L keg will fit perfectly. Otherwise you will need A-Type Couplers to tap into the keg.

If you don’t have a keg system already, we can provide A-Type Couplers as part of your keg hire.

3. Check, fill or hire your CO2 cylinder

The CO2 cylinder is what you need to push your beer into your glass from the keg via the couplers.

We can swap your empty cylinder for a full one or sell a cylinder to you for future swaps once its empty.

We have 2.6kg or 6kg full cylinders for just $74.00 or $124.00.

4. Arrange payment, pick-up or delivery

You can hire a 20 litre keg at a competitive price – saving you up to 30% on packaged beer of the same volume.

There is a $20 deposit which you’ll get back when the keg is returned.
